Laredo Next Generation Rotary members were up by 4am to prepare for its 15th annual RotaRun, a 5k & 10k run and 1 mile walk on September 9th, 2023 at North Central Park in Laredo, Texas. All race day participants received a race day t-shirt and a finisher medal. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medals were awarded to participants in different age categories along with plaques for the best overall male and female in the 5 and 10k events. Over 125 runners participated in this year's event.
Rotarians were present to lead runners, direct traffic, man water stations, and motivate the runners at the finish line.
Funds from this event will be used towards all Laredo Next Generation's Service Projects.
