The Edcouch Elsa Rotary Club is proud to announce the upcoming annual Delta Area Christmas Parade. This year the parade is scheduled to take place on Saturday, December 10th. This year's theme is “It’s a Super Hero Christmas.” We invite anyone interested to start your preparations and come be part of this exciting event. Parade Applications can be picked up at Texas National Bank, Rio Bank, Edcouch City Hall, or Elsa City Hall. The entry fee is set at $25 for Businesses participating, with no entry fees for Non-Profit organizations. Come one, come all and spend a Saturday afternoon enjoying the fun and excitement.
