During the convention, Vital Circle will provide COVID-19 testing on-site for those who need a test to return home. Vital Circle will have FDA emergency use authorized rapid antigen tests and Isothermal Molecular, Nucleic Acid Amplification Tests (NAAT) tests. Participants requiring a test for their return home will be charged a fee; $135 for an NAAT test, $35 for a rapid antigen test. It is the responsibility of attendees to know what testing is required for their return trip.
And if you haven’t already, be sure to submit ONE of the following to the Vital Circle site :
proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 OR
proof of recovery from COVID-19 by providing the positive test result dated no later than 13 March 2022 and a letter from a medical professional or public health authority clearing you for work, travel or to participate in the event OR
provide a negative result from a COVID-19 test administered by a medical professional or certified testing agency.
For international travelers submitting a negative test result, the test must be taken within 24 hours of the departure time of the first flight in your Rotary International Convention itinerary. For domestic travelers, the test must be taken within 72 hours of the start of the event.
