Club Officer Reporting

Be sure to remind clubs to report their officers for the 17-18 Rotary year in the Club Administration section of My Rotary or by emailing the updates to Data Services at data@rotary.org.


Presidential Citation

Clubs that hope to achieve the Presidential Citation must have all goals entered by 30 June 2017 in order to be considered for the award. For questions about the Citation, please contact RIAwards@rotary.org.
 

Club Brochure Template Available!

The new club brochure template has been updated and is now live in the Brand Center. (Thanks to the Communications team for helping us get this up for PETS season!) In the new template, club members can:
  • Upload their own photos or select from the image options provided.
  • Edit the text to include information relevant to their club, such as their club’s key projects.
  • List dates of their club’s annual events.
  • Share testimonials from their members.

Rotary Club Central Updates

Coming in July, the new Rotary Club Central will provide clubs and districts with a better user experience where pages load faster, navigation is more intuitive, and inputting goals is easier than before. A new, modern interface will give Rotary Club Central a fresh look and feel. The new tool will present past and current goals in one place through easy-to-read charts and graphs.

Clubs and districts can use Rotary Club Central to set goals, measure impact, view trends, track progress, complete the Rotary Citation, and plan for the future. Rotary Club Central provides clubs and districts with a quantifiable way to begin measuring local and global impact, specifically through tracking membership initiatives, service activities, and Rotary Foundation giving.
