The Rotary Club of Corpus Christi Harvey Weil Sportsman Conservationist Award Dinner will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2022, at the Welder Wildlife Foundation Refuge in Sinton, Texas.
Ygnacio “Nacho” Garza has been selected as our Conservationist of the Year and Dr. Larry McKinney with the Harte Research Institute will be our Professional Conservationist of the Year award.
The mission of the project is to support research and education in the conservation of natural resources. Our annual dinner honors the past celebrates the present and preserves the future with grant awards.
To date, over $1 million have been given away in grant monies.
Individual tickets are $200 and tables start at $2,500.
