Tom Plum presented the program on Hands to Honduras to his Rotary Club, Port Isabel, Texas, on Friday.
PDG Kent Malquist had nominated him for a Rotary Foundation Citation of Meritorious Service for his 24 years of service in Honduras and the Foundation gave him the award. He was awarded at the Rotary District Conference by District Governor Amando Chapa and Rotary Foundation Chair Juan Lara and Kent presented it to him again at the club meeting. Tom is the fifth recipient of this citation in Rotary District 5930.
Jacqui Dempsey presented to him the second half of the club's donation to Hands to Honduras...$2,250.00.
