The Torch Route
 
The Torch of Dreams will make its way around District 5930 visiting all Rotary clubs and will create energy and inspiration for all clubs to continue moving forward on meeting their goals and capturing their dreams.  The Torch will culminate its route in Corpus Christi with the Corpus Christi South Side Club as it kicks off the Annual District Conference. 
 
Torch Route will visit all 13 areas in the district and each Assistant Governor will be asked to coordinate the visits with all the club presidents in their area.
 
The following is the proposed torch Route:
 
Starts in Area 1 Assistant Governor Samantha Bell starts the visits with the following clubs: Edna, Ganado International, and Port Lavaca.
 
Dates of visit:  March 3 -7
AG Samantha Bell then arranges for the transfer of the torch to Area 2 Assistant Governor Al Shuford.
 
Dates of visit: March 7 - 12
AG Al Shuford coordinates the visits within Area 2. Torch will visit: Goliad, Victoria, Downtown Victoria, and Victoria Northside.
AG Al Shuford arranges for the transfer of the torch to Area 3 Assistant Governor Meg Reese.
 
Dates of visit: March 12 - 16
AG Meg Reese coordinates visits in Area 3—torch visits: Aransas Pass, Port Aransas, Rockport, Sinton.
AG Meg Reese arranges for the transfer of the torch to Area 6 Assistant Governor Sandra Bowen.
 
Dates of visit: March 16 - 19 
AG Sandra Bowen coordinates visits in Area 6.  Torch visits Alice, San Diego, Three Rivers, Jim Wells County, and Freer.

AG Rogelio Trevino coordinates visits in Area 12. Torch visits: Laredo, Laredo Satellite, Laredo Gateway, Laredo Daybreak, Laredo Next Gen, Laredo Under Seven Flags.
AG Rogelio Trevino arranges for the transfer of the torch to Area 11 Assistant Governor Dr. Luis Torres.
